On 32ct linen, you can fit this on a wide eighth, but you will only have a 2.75 inch border on the short side of the fabric.
On 36, 40, and 46 ct linen, a wide eighth is plenty.
About the chart:
The Beach(es) area in Toronto is named, appropriately enough, for its proximity to the shores of Lake Ontario. Long term residents refer to the neighbourhood as “The Beach” while many others will say “The Beaches” - there is more than one beach in the area. This strangely fiery debate has gone on for decades and will likely continue for decades to come. Whatever you call it, The Beach(es) is a charming area of Victorian and Edwardian homes, both in stately and more modest styles. The neighbourhood is known for its pleasant Main Street, its multiple summer festivals and popular lakeside boardwalk.

Test a small sample if you intend to wash, esp darker colours. It has been rinsed and set carefully and should be colourfast - but always better safe than sorry.
