About the design: This design "Sing After the Storm" by 1897 Schoolhouse Samplers is the first of a series of five designs that can be combined together into a 9-patch project (see layout photo). While it is part of a larger idea, it also works well as a stand alone project. The design is a reproduction sampler based off of part of the lovely antique sampler in the second photo. This first chart is based off of the top left section as shown in the first photo.
